    MHS Celebrating Along the Hudson

MHS had quite a lot to celebrate this summer while cruising along the Hudson River. With the addition of six new employees, MHS has been able to take on additional and larger projects. Dean Marchetto, FAIA is proud to elevate those that have helped advance the firm and its projects to where it is today. “This is a team effort,” Dean said. “We couldn’t have expanded or taken on certain projects without Principals Michael Higgins, Bruce Stieve as well as Associates Michael Lawson, Mike Buldo and their individual teams working efficiently under their expert direction.”

Cruising up the Hudson River and entering West New York area, everyone had an incredible vantage point of Nine On The Hudson. A specular multi-family close to completion with one MHS Project Manager responsible. Proven capable of managing and delivering exceptional work, Zebulon Nelessen was elevated to Associate. Zeb is currently managing the development of 852 residential units collectively. Congratulations Zeb!

For the past 18 months, Alex has single handily managed the development of MHS’s single largest project to date. 700 Jackson Street is massive! 700 Jackson spans 645,000 sq. ft., covers over 2 acres and will provide 424 residential units as well as a public gym to Hoboken.
